This hotel is in a great location, right in the city center and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The rooms on the higher floors have great views of the city.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

I chose a hotel after reading very positive reviews. My opinion: it's a great location. You can leave your things before checking in and before leaving. Breakfast included. Bathroom has a hair dryer, electric dryer. Provide shampoo, gel, cap. room has a comfortable closet, 2 tea sets, 2 glasses, fridge, fridge.
1. There's only 1 chair in a 2-bed room. Nowhere to put the other one? You can put away a completely unnecessary nightstand. 2. Only 2 sockets, on different walls, before the joke - to turn on the kettle, you have to pull the cord of the fridge. 3. Having checked in, almost stepped on the remote from the TV, lying on the floor by the bed. question is, how was the room cleaned? 4. On the third day, towels were replaced. Thank you very much, why did they hang a second face bath instead? 5. It's the same thing for breakfast every day. They couldn't take more than 3 days. 6. most importantly, soundproofing from the neighboring rooms will not work at all. People talk quietly to each other, you do not help earplugs at the same time with a pillow in the ear, because you are practically in the same room, wall instead of a screen. Parents and children are coming. If they have a young couple in love or men just talking on the mother's side of the wall, impressions will remain mass. Hear ALL. If something hits the wall, sound of a blow is like a shot of the Petropavlovsk cannon. I am not exaggerating - I was happy to compare the sounds in one day.

Great location. Good breakfast, helpful staff.
In general, our stay was excellent, there are some minor inconveniences that I would like to voice. On the eve of my arrival, I wrote to the hotel to provide a room with two separate beds. message was not answered, on arrival we received a double room, had to move in. Then we found that there was no traffic in the bathroom, we had to go to reception again, traffic was only found after 24 hours and again on repeated request. day after cleaning, maid forgot to close the window, as a result, room was cold and sleeping was cold. Only small towels were brought in a day later, big ones were brought the next day. I understand that these are trifles, when all this was concentrated during the five-day stay in the hotel, impression was somewhat spoiled.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of a beautiful and historic city, surrounded by consulates and within walking distance of many must-see attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing excellent service with great English. Breakfast is included, with lots of tasty options to start your day off right. Oh, and don't forget the stunning view of an iconic church from many of the rooms!
The elevator can be a bit of a hassle, but it's worth the climb to get to your room with a view.

Excellent location, close to the main attractions in the city. Bed linen is clean.
When I checked into the hotel, they told me it wasn't for smokers, but when I went into the room, the bathroom smelled of tobacco, all the towels absorbed the smell of cigarettes. The soundproofing was bad, you could hear the neighbor coughing, and the kettle was boiling. The next day I asked for a change of room, because it was impossible to be in the bathroom. I was given another free option on the 2nd floor. It was bigger than the fourth floor, no unpleasant smells. Breakfast for three, poor choice. I'm not coming back here again. The option to sleep, take a shower and walk around town.

Nice tasty breakfast, it seemed that boiled eggs were not the first freshness, just in case I did not eat them. porridge is delicious! room was for two, small, it had everything you need, there was everything you need, dishes, tea and hair dryer. room is warm, even hot, in February it's a big plus. We arrived early, at 6 am, girl at the reception met us kindly, no "sour faces", we left things and went for a walk. Bathroom with bath - that's great! It was my birthday and they gave me a bottle of champagne at reception, it was especially nice).
A little far from the subway, on foot from station Nevsky Prospekt 12/15 minutes. In general, the location is not bad, two minutes walk from the Church of the Savior on Blood.

Jacuzzi. Breakfast is on. It's close to the subway. Interior. It's all screwed up...
On arrival it all started well, I paid for the room, they made a key card. When I went up to the floor with my things, it turned out that it didn't work and I had to go down to the reception with everything I had with me to fix the card. While I was going downstairs I noticed that they had written it off THOUSAND BIGGER, according to the administrator, "the booking service has jammed up" by moving me to the suite and naturally I was not warned. They said that they would return the difference, asked me to come back later, but there was no card, or something else, and eventually wrote down the number of the bank card and said that they would return it within 30 days. Then something strange happened in the morning. at 9:30. we were on the second floor when. judging by the sounds. someone came in and left, although the door was closed (maybe the cleaning lady,), Well, should we say that the sauna wasn't working,

Great location! We were right in the middle of all the major attractions. Our window had an amazing view of the beautiful church nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they even spoke English. The continental breakfast was nice and we were happy that it was included in our stay.
Our room was on the small side, but it was clean and had all the basic amenities. the elevator was out of order, and we had to climb up six floors, which wasn't so convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. the hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the highlights of the area. The reception staff, particularly Olga, were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English, assisting me with any queries I had. Another great aspect of this hotel was the attention to detail in the rooms. Mine was comfortably furnished with two single beds and was impeccably clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at this hotel was on a pretty good level, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. I was impressed with the value for money and basic amenities provided by this hotel.
Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We spent our Christmas in a hotel located in the best area of the city. the main attractions were all within walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. the hotel provided a nice breakfast buffet and the rooms were equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the lovely river view from our room.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
